How we store your personal information
We store the personal information you provide us securely within our customer portal, helpdesk and private cloud & storage systems located within the United Kingdom, some of which may be replicated to our accounting system.
We retain the personal information of our customers for a as long as the they remain a customer, plus 7 years. If we obtain information of an individual or company that does not become a customer, we delete that information after 6 months, save for mailing lists, upon which they are removed upon request.

- Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
